This is a tough question to answer because I don't really know. I will see something and use that as inspiration for what I actually create. Since I have four kids and spend a lot of time with my nieces and nephews,I get to notice the little things that kids like and that make them happy. I turn these little things into themes that I use.
Option 1 is that I can list the item as a private auction on eBay and you can buy it from there. This gives you the protections afforded with an eBay transaction.
Option 2 is that I can create a PayPal invoice that breaks down the costs and allows you to make your payment to me via PayPal. This provides you the protections that come with making a PayPal transaction.
Option 3 is that I send you an email with a breakdown of the costs and total and you can send me a money order.
PayPal is my preferred payment method. This will allow you to pay with credit card or your PayPal account. I do also accept Money Orders. Unfortunately, I don't accept personal checks.
This really depends on the complexity and size of your request. I can complete two page layouts in as little as two days. Normally once I get your special request I will coordinate an expected delivery time frame with you before I start your order. This way you have an opportunity to let me know of any special delivery time frame requirements.
Yes. These are always recommended options since most orders are unreplaceable and may contain special pictures. All you have to do is let me know when you request your order.
It is important to know that if you don't get shipping insurance, delivery tracking, or delivery confirmation, I don't accept any responsibility for items once they are delivered to the Post Office.
No. Unfortunately since my creations are completely individual and there is a certain amount of artistic effort that is involved I can't offer refunds of any kinds. Most importantly, in the over 1000 transactions I have conducted, I have never had a customer request a refund.
Yes. You can send me your hardcopy pictures via U.S. Mail or if you have digital copies you can upload them to my customer image gallery. In either case, I can print them out locally and include them in your layout. In some cases, there may be additional charges for scanning or printing pictures. If this is necessary, you will be notified in advance.
In most cases pictures are bound to the page with a special adhesive. This adhesive may tear the picture if you attempt to remove it. In other cases, I may "crop" or alter the image to fit on the layout. I recommend that if your pictures are priceless or irreplaceable that you keep them and attach them to the layout once I send it to you. This way you can feel comfortable with including the pictures yourself. Lastly, scanning a picture to make a copy and then altering the copy is always an option.
